We will help you with your recruitment challenge – from agreements to contracts …. we’ve got you covered.

To source venue(s) and manage these relationships

Location, location, location! Don’t worry – we can help you with your venue selection. We hold detailed demographics of our territories and can advise on site criteria, insurance, contracts and a lot more! The Busylizzy ‘pop up’ style of operation lends itself to lower overheads. Rental of a facility is only required throughout the duration of the classes thus minimising the fixed costs associated with a permanent site.

To actively promote your business and drive membership sales

There are lots of ways to promote your business. Networking with local family focused businesses, attending events & fetes, placing adverts in publications and posting on social media channels – the list is endless! You know where local families hangout and getting your business in front of them on and offline is key to your success.

To manage your own day to day operation of the business

As the boss of your own business, you manage your own diary and working hours. We have full and part time business opportunities. The more time you put in, the greater your returns leaving you in control of your own destiny.

To manage your own administration, payroll, suppliers

You will be responsible for paying your team, venues and suppliers, managing your club membership enquiries and membership sales. Full training is provided on all aspects of recruiting and managing your business and team.
