We’re a motley crew, but we know our stuff. There are 9 members of the back office team working full and part-time, all of whom specialise in different areas of the business.

The founder of Busylizzy. With 25 years experience managing leisure clubs, Julie has the operational experience needed to create a successful and well organised club.

Specialising in e-commerce, data privacy, marketing & advertising, consumer law and IP. Sarah ensures best practice across the business both online and in our daily operations. As Co-founder, Sarah has been an integral part of the Busylizzy team and has developed a bespoke portfolio of Busylizzy legal documents.

A mum herself, Michelle is always on hand to maintain standards across the business. Upon signing the franchise agreement, Michelle will hold your hand guiding you through your initial club set set up and membership pre sale to ensure you are 100% happy, trained and confident to run your own club. Michelle’s operational experience has shaped our in-house systems to ensure they are not only effective but efficient and easy to implement.

Martin heads up the commercial relationships at busylizzy.  With over 25 years experience in running marketing and communication agencies he is ideally placed to offer advice, support and strategy for your club.

Responsible for the marketing and communication across all our clubs – Danielle is always on hand to give our campaigns a bit of sparkle and to provide useful marketing support to our franchise network.

Jon is our amazing designer who has developed our Busylizzy brand identity, brochures, flyers, booklets, printed advertising, packaging, websites… in fact everything and anything to do with our fab brand.

Our PR Guru is there to help you get your business mentioned by the local press and bloggers. Her hands on experience in running her own club in Horsham proves invaluable.

Rebecca manages our brilliant online platform Busylizzy Live.
