Throughout the year our franchise owners are invited to regular forums and business development sessions – this is an opportunity to put the spotlight on an area of the business and investigate how we can make it bigger, better, quicker, leaner, more efficient, stronger…. you get the picture!
In April 2018, we discussed our kids party service. We slurped coffee, chewed over some numbers, ate some cake (whilst juggling a few baby’s on laps) and throughly enjoyed getting under the skin of this element of our business.
Notes in hand, I left the forum and briefed the design and merchandise team on our requirements. Three months later, we have launched our new first birthday party service.
The concept is simple… The big ONE party. Each party incorporates a variety of elements from our brilliant baby classes all tastefully branded to suit the grown ups (because it’s about celebrating that first year of parenthood too right?!) and most importantly, will be delivered by our team of expert party entertainers – all insured for peace of mind.
We are really excited about this new party offering and delighted that our franchise owners have helped shape this new service. A special shout out needs to go to our design team who have done a ‘One-derful’ job bringing it all to life.
